Hi, just activated my new membership so I can let people in Richmond know that I just had a really poor experience at this store. Below is the letter that I just typed and sent to their " contact us" link on their website:
You have lost my business and all potential referral business.
I purchased a 15 dollar automatic 510 battery 3 days ago, and it is already working improperly. At times, once it gets started, it won't stop until it times out on its own. This causes it to overheat and it shortens the battery life.
I went to the store with my receipt to exchange it. I also planned to buy some tanks and accessories .
The problem with the battery is intermittent, and the sales lady at the store couldn't get it to fail and therefore wouldn't exchange the battery....
I was surprised, but I left and started driving home...the battery started behaving badly on my way home, so I turned around and went back to the store.
The lady left when I came back in, so I told the man that was working there that the battery wasn't working correctly again..
The sales man told me that I would have to come back and talk to the lady...and that he was not going to help me at all....
Never..and I really do mean never....have I had such poor customer service over something that really should have been a trivial exchange.
I find it really hard to believe at this point.
No real need to reply...my business will go elsewhere.
No sense in wasting gas money to get treated badly at this crappy little store..I was so shocked, because I have dealt with numerous online vendors to buy a variety of electronic cigarette merchandise...and every single one that I have purchased from and corresponded with have provided exceptional customer service....
And I just stated the summary, without mentioning the tone and rudeness that I perceived in the employees....seriously hard to believe coming from a small retailer that needs every customer it can get...truly a bad vibe coming from the place..
Anyway, I obviously didn't buy the tanks I was going to get...so let me get online and patronize madvapes, or V2, or Bluemist, or Alien....or any of the companies that have been pleasant to deal with..
