Looking for a new VW PV. I currently have the MVP V2 but I want to start using rba/RTA and want to step up but still be able to use my clearos from time to time. Apparently the only one that would let me use my clearos is the Segeli since it has the 510 and ego threading. What are your opinions? I will be ordering a russian 91% soon also and its what I plan to run on any of these devices I buy.

The inside threads are 510..outside threads are ego.

I haven't gotten my hands on it yet, and it's a little bigger, but the ipv2 is about to be available - 50watt box mod. Check it out. Hold out a little longer and a mini version will be out..but it will still have a removable battery.

Out of those 3, I'd go with the vaporshark, but to pair with a kayfun, I would get the Hana clone..just for aesthetics..

I recently went from a Vamo v3 to a Cana dna30 and so far I love it very much, it's shorter than my vamo in 18350 mode yet still uses an 18650 for a lot more battery life and have been running 2 kayfuns on it and it performs very well. It feels pretty solidly built granted I haven't left it on my lap while getting out of the car and dropped it yet like I have done many times to my vamo.. Also I need to get a 510 to ego adapter and then I can use my mini PT2's if I ever feel the need to do so again but overall I'm very happy with the Cana, and got it for $70 at fluidvapes

I would definitely suggest the VaporShark. I have the Segelie 20W and... Well I've found one flaw and seen a few others mention it. The 510 connector is not sealed and juice leaked down and ruined the display and quite possibly could've ruined the board. It's a great mod but if you have the money definitely the VaporShark :)

I've been using a VaporShark DNA 30 for a while now, and love it!

I'd suggest, if you can find it and afford it, going with either a Squape R or a Erlkonigin tank....

Check out the reviews for those two tanks on YouTube! Easier to build then a Kayfun, both have air flow control, hold large amounts of juice... just excellent tanks!

If the price for those two is a bit too much, check into the Expromizer. Another amazing tank, for about half the price!

I think it actually is sealed, and quite well. Take off your topper and blow on the 510 connector..I get NO airflow when I do this to mine.

That being said, my display area is also completely filled with juice. I think it's because it leaks down the side of the tube and gets in behind the top chrome ring and plastic window. If I blow on the tube below the plastic window I get definite airflow and some juice leaking out that's fallen behind it. I've tried to figure out how to take the head apart on this thing, but haven't got it yet. Other than that issue, though this is a fantastic APV. It's also priced right.

I love the Segelie. It's still one of y favourite mods, I was very upset when my display started messing up :( but yes if the op is carefull then yes I'll agree on that

I have a cana 30w and a vapor shark DNA 30 with me today. I like both. A Russian on the gun metal VS looks amazing. If I could only have 1, it'd be the cana simply due to swapping the battery. But, the battery on the VS lasts a very long time when running in the 12-15w range. 30w will kill it in a few hours. If you put a shark skin on it, there's no overhang with kayfuns or Russians.....or anything 22mm. I wouldn't worry about ego threading. Once you get your Russian going, you'll probably ditch the clearos.
So, out of those 3, the VS DNA 30 would be my favorite whenever I was near a power outlet. It looks better and seems to be very well built. Lots of people having issues with the cana mods. I have 3. 1 works and I'm awaiting replacement for the other 2. One shorted out due to the first batch 510 and the other always said "too hot". Both are being replaced for free but its still a hassle.
The RDNA goes into mass production in a couple weeks and the people at VS are top notch.

^ their dna20 is small, the 30 is considerably larger. i guess the don't see a future in 20w.

The vaporshark dna30 and DNA20 both use the same enclosure. Their rDNA is their new DNA30 device and is a little bigger than the vaporshark dna20 & 30 due to it having a user replaceable 18650 battery. The smaller vapor shark DNA devices both use 1200mah lipo batteries.

Here's a photo for size reference from the first post in the rDNA thread.

Left to right: Cloupor hana modz clone, vaporshark rDNA, vaporshark DNA30 w/ sharkskin which adds thickness

I've got the hana clone, and the vaporshark DNA30. I'll be picking up the rDNA at some point to replace my hana clone(the issue of it being off by .1-.4 ohms gets old). I want to see how the rDNA performs before dropping 189$ on it. If they run another deal on the dna20 at 119 it'll be hard to pass up. I rarely vape over 20w and a dna20 could handle most of my out and about vaping needs.
