Hey all, so I JUST got my first dna 20 mod last night from Vaporshark and used it last night at work. Worked perfectly fine with both my kayfun lites till this morning. Showed about 60-50% battery life pretty much through out the use as I started using it out of the mail box, so it wasn't fully charged yet. Got home and was vaping on it and suddenly stopped, showed a completely empty battery and a "check atomizer" error every time I pressed the fire button...plugged it in figuring it was a dead battery issue, got a green lite on the charger and let it set a few mins, tried it again while plugged in(I heard VS DNAs can be used as a pass-thru?) same issue.
It shows the ohms of the kayfun, which is 1.8ohms but still gives me the error, took it off, put on my other kayfun off my provari that's 1.6ohms on and exact same thing, both set to 10w. Both kayfuns work fine on other devices but not the VS now. Turned down the wattage to 7w and every time I fired it, the dna20 would reboot as I'd get the Evolv boot screen evertime I hit the fire button. Finally I decided to just let it charge while I slept(work nights) got up, still showing a green light on the charger and still shows a completely dead battery.
Has anyone else had this issue with the dna20? I searched around but couldn't find anything similar to these issues. Gonna contact VS, but figured I'd ask here incase there's a possible solution like some sort of resetting or something. Man I was LOVING this DNA20, hate to have to send it back and wait for fix, good thing I got a shanmod dna20 on the way lol.
