Perhaps, but electronics are electronics, they should be able to get the hint that you know they are making stuff up.
Ya but should I start arguing with them before they look to see if my device is covered under warranty lol. I can always wait til after I get my unit back so they can't just get mad and blame something that's not.

They shouldn't taking it out on you for their CS reps making stuff up, but I guess I see your point.

I sent him the quote from John at evolve. If something comes up where they try to blame it on ejuice, which I have none on it, then I'll let them have it. I'll call evolve and get them to give me something I can use against vaporshark. I don't want to talk bad about a company just yet because I have received quick email replies and good customer service so far. So far my customer service support had been great.

I am considering to cancel it as I am from Austria. Shipping it back in case of a failure might be a bit expensive and quite sure they don't cover the costs.
Just read their terms..... not sure they directly relate to the dna's though as it states a 30 day warranty which is even more laughable than the 90 days.
11.) Customers are responsible for return shipping unless they have been sent the wrong product

I'm in the UK too, anyone who lives outside the US had any experience with returning faulty products?

US warranty on VS DNA devices is 120 days and they pay all shipping.

If you are in Europe, surely you are much better off buying locally and getting the EU mandated 2 year warranty even if the initial device cost is higher?

I was sent the shipping label, priority 1 day mail. I don't have to pay any costs whatsoever.

My VS DNA 200 died last night. Was vaping on it, sitting at my pc, when it wouldn't fire. The screen turned off, and wouldn't turn back on. I tried plugging it in and nothing, it won't light up red, and it won't connect to escribe. I was ......, but have heard so many things about VS good customer service. This is my first device from them so I was worried.

Anyways, just got off the phone with them and told them what happened, I am shipping mine back to them today and they are going to take a look at it, and if its a faulty board, I am getting a brand new one. Can't complain about this, although it is expected that it should be fixed. Just wanted to give a positive note on my current situation so far. No hesitation from them and they were glad to help me out.
Had similar but think lipo died as would still power on when plugged in. I was able to return and was going to wait a few months. Pulled trigger on another VS yesterday. Even after 120 day warranty you can ship back for $25 diagnostic, max repair cost is $80. Makes me feel good that device can be fixed rather quickly without ripping it apart myself. Been very impressed with VS even after rough start

Thanks for your reply, I agree mate and I did look in to it. I have contacted 2 places that say they are getting it, both state they dont deal with warranty and you have to go through vaporshark within 120 days. I'm sure legally they have to comply but I bet i'd have a fight on my hands to get them to sort it.

Thanks for update. I ordered mine on sep4, so I probably have another week or so before mine ships.
Same here, order # 83xx with the nano coating. @DougFNJ said he ordered on August 18th and got his tracking number last Thursday so they processed 11 days worth of orders in 5 including the weekend. At that rate we should get a shipping notice any day now

Got my device yesterday. I am loving the software. Decent size to it, puts out good power so far. I REALLY like being able to customize it with the Escribe. That was my main reason for purchasing this and it is definitely not disappointing. The software is very intuitive and impressive for a 1.0.

My question is regarding battery life. I charged it fully last night, took it off the charger this morning. I'm using a Subtank with a .5 coil vamping at 30 watts and it is at half already. Do these LIPO batteries need conditioning and giving better battery life after a couple of charges?

The lipo in the Opus, as well as the three 1000mah Zippy lipo's I'm using with my Boxer, started around 10.6 - 10.8 watt-hr and after 5 or so charges, they're all at 11.1 when fully charged. So they should condition a bit, but it's not by a huge amount.

Start watching your puff counter to see how many puffs and the average time/puff that you're getting. Sometimes it seems like the Opus will last a good long while, and other times it still seems like it drops faster, but while in my head I think I'm vaping similar each time, it turns out I'm vaping much more than I think when the battery goes down faster.

I didn't get the nano coating on mine, so that might also affect the shipping schedule.
