8th of september indeed, i have no idea what my order number is. wondering if i jumped in priority because i ordered 2 units both nano coated but one is for a friend and we shared shipping which had to be upgraded to the top tier ups one

still what i find most ammusing is most of the guys in the vapecige vtbox200 are awaiting delivery and orders for that started begining of august and even with the 3 week delay for this i will more than likely receive my shark before those guys. i was within the 1st few hundred to preorder it from gearbest and i would be pulling my hair out by now if i was still waiting for that thing to show up

I think VS ships international orders separately from domestic so it's not quite in order of .. er.. order numbers.

It looks like everyone that ordered one should get theirs before 9/30.

Sure thing. I have been very respectful. We shall wait and see what my outcome is. Even though it was 1 day shipping, it is taking 2 days to get there. Should be there tomorrow and they told me it will take 3-5 days to look at it and fix what's wrong, so I'll keep everyone updated on the situation. Probably get an answer back next week.

Not much you can do about USPS.

I'd be surprised if it took longer than 3 days for them to ship out a repaired/replacement device. When I shipped them my DNA40 with a faulty fire button, they sent a replacement the same day they received it. I had a replacement in hand within 5 days.

could well be the 8th was when they accepted my order but both were placed together and i could only use the top tier shipping because the lesser version was greyed out, presumably cos it cost around 320 pounds

Lol yeah that's probably why. If you ordered both on the 8th then hopefully that means they're not too far behind on the nano coatings.

+1 I ordered the VTBox200 and a TFV4 tank from FT at the same time. Two orders. Cancelled the VTBox for the VS. Still waiting for the TFV4.

I still like the look of the VTBox, but couldn't handle the risk.

shipping notice for order 100108336 on sept 4th.

My order on the 4th was 100108326 but haven't received a notice. Didn't order the coating, either.

It's pretty ironic but I broke down and called CS this morning. I was told they had gotten a very large shipment and were on track to meet the end of the month milestone. The rep told me that my order would surely ship next week.

I was a bit dismayed about the mail innovations shipping, though. That's where it takes both UPS or FedEx along with the USPS to make delivery. In my experience, it's been the worst of both worlds and adds a couple of days with the package wandering around inside UPS and then losing another day when it finally gets to a USPS hub. But then we're talking about the possibility of going through Opa Locka otherwise so it might be a better method in the end.

I was going to happily pay for Priority but I didn't see any options when I checked out. I appreciate companies offering free shipping, but it would be nice to be able to kick in and get something more reliable than Parcel, First Class, or Mail Innovations. Right now I'm still waiting (8 days and counting) for a package to go from Texas to the St Louis area. The tracking number has never updated on the USPS site.

I'm a dyed in the wool SX350J fanboy so I'm really interested in trying the 200.

I had 2 SX mods (SXM and Boxer) and sold them both. Not a fan of those chips at all. You'll love the DNA200. I've been using 2 DNA200 mods for the last month or so along with my DNA40's and I don't get any burnt wicks like I did with the SX chips.

Called to check on my order because it wasn't showing under my account and I didn't receive any emails about the delays earlier this month. Turns out I just wasn't logged in while ordering but I asked about the nano coating before getting off the phone and she said they're about 1-2 weeks behind. The vacuum can process 5 at a time and it takes 2 hours, which is at least better than 10 a day like someone else was told a few weeks ago

I don't know about the shipping method since I still haven't received a notice. It's sort of funny because yesterday I was content to wait until next week after talking to the VS rep. But now, with these reports of later orders being shipped it's starting to get to me. I think I may call them again to find out why they don't like me as much as the others.
