I'm surprised that there's not more interest in this one.
It was just put on their site and is still only a pre-order. I also think it's a little more expensive than most single cell DNA75 mods (~$110). I think it looks nice, but I personally think my Blood Red Lavabox DNA 75 looks better. I got that for ~$70 when Volcano had the 25% off sale on Labor Day combined with a few points I had. I'll probably get one but not until VS runs another sale.

Cheers,
Steve

The Lavabox is another nice one for sure. The list, non-sale price of most of the DNA75s is around $100, so I think the price point is on target. VaporShark is also based in the US, unlike most if them, like Hcigar, Hotcig, S-Body, etc. I also think, if I'm not mistaken, that VaporShark has a pretty good reputation for standing behind their products. I think it's pretty good looking as well and I like the rounded sides and replaceable covers.

VS does have great CS. Over Labor Day I also bought the VS VF133 for ~$135 on sale. Truth be told, I prefer the DNA200 chip. It's more efficient (97% vs 85%), runs cooler, more flexibility when it comes to power. I just think it's a better chip. I really like the dual 18650 DNA200's (133 watts). I have a few Hcigar VT133's that are great mods that I bought for a touch under $80.

I'm just saying for me personally ~$110 for a DNA75 is a no sale. You said you were surprised it wasn't getting more interest. I was just giving you some possible reasons why. I'm a big DNA guy, I'm not trolling the thread. I have ten DNA200's and two DNA75''s (both are Blood Red Lavaboxes). :toast:

Cheers,
Steve

Yeah, the VS VF133 looks really nice as well. I guess, I was just thinking that if Hcigar could sell VT75s like hotcakes when they came out at $100, then the VS would be popular as well. And I'm with you, I always wait for the sales. ;) For some reason the 133 watt configured DNAs seem to be pretty rare. I would consider one of those as well. I'm just not wanting a 3 18650 DNA200/250, as they are just too big and heavy and I never vape over about 40 watts. Of course that could change, as at one time I said that I never vape over 8 watts.

Dang, you have a "herd" of DNA's...... only a couple of 200's and a couple of 75's here. Not being a high wattage vapor the efficiency variation is insignificant to me. I never preorder stuff but the Switchbox interested me because it doesn't have the display on the bottom of the device, and has 2 amp charging. Loving both 200's and 75's but I also love "tiny" devices and the 200's, 75's, and even the Switchbox is a bit larger that I prefer. I'm waiting for the DNA60 (output voltage is 9 volts) as the form factor of the board will allow for a "tiny device" again like the DNA40's were. Here is a picture of a "stealthy" DNA40 which I adored. I modded many of these for my personal use. It is about the size of a 30 ml. e-liquid bottle.

Waiting for the DNA60 but still loving the 75's and 200's... but a "stealthy" DNA60 is in my cross hairs now.

30 ml. bottle on the left and 10 ml. bottle on the right....

rDNA60, Not at that link anymore, wondering if they had this out before August 8th, if not we may not see this in the US stores.

I do like my VS DNA200, and their customer service. So I pre-ordered the Switchbox a MONTH a go. Was listed as expected shipping "late October". Still waiting. I own a few DNA75's, so I'm basically spending more hoping I like the box itself.

7 weeks after preorder, the VS Switchbox arrived today. The 2 sets of colored body caps I ordered were not in this delivery.

Not much to say, as I mentioned above, I have a few DNA75 mods already, and for my needs, I think it's the best board on the market. PBusardo just added a review of this one on his Website as well.

This will now be my #1 mod, prefer it over my HCigar VT75 Nano, and 4 SMY SDNA75's, as well as my VS DNA200. Nothing ground breaking here, but I like VS products and their customer support, so I highly recommend it.

Switchbox arrived here today also... added to my stable of 75's and 200's.... a tad shorter and a bit less in width and depth than my Evolv Reference devices.... will work well in rotation... the "buzzer" and zip charging are great features otherwise just another well built 75 I think...

Does yours have what looks like black electric tape over the top (negative side) magnet on the body? Not sure why that's there.
