Besides being totally awesome and always finding new and exciting products for us vapers, I recently discovered that they also have awesome customer service!
The other day, I was perusing the VaporTek website to see if there were any updates about the Rainbow Heaven Hybrid. My account had 3 of the same order. Sometimes, my iPad seems to not like online CC transactions and will say an order is declined. This had been the case when I ordered my hybrid. It took three separate tries before it said my order went through. Being the big dummy that I am, I did not realize when my card was charged 3x.
After some freaking out, I emailed VaporTek. It had been around a month since the actual order and realizing the mistake, so I was nervous that they would not allow me to cancel two orders. I got an email back saying that the two were in fact cancelled and I was being refunded!
This is outstanding and I am very pleased with VaporTek!
