Great news but because study is from tobacco industry therefore has no value for Public Health fanatics. But which study in favour of vaping has it?

Exposure to e-cigarette vapour induces negligible or no oxidative damage to lung epithelial cells
The tobacco companies imagine a future where they don't sell any rolled tobacco products, where none of their products involve combustion, but they are still tobacco companies. One of the new tobacco company products in some country is marketed under the Marboro brand. Will Joe Camel be promoting cloud competitions some day?

It is a stupid study like the new zealand health or dr f's.

People who have done this study have no idea on physics of e-cig vapor. The vapor doesn't get dissolved in liquid. It condenses in to lungs much more than bubbling in a liquid.Cigarette smoke mostly consists of particles (which are of interest from health point of view) while ecig vapor consists mostly of super heated liquids.
