Just to give everyone a heads-up . . . I'm not that far from where Steve is here in NYC (Matter of fact, I believe I am about 3-4 neighborhoods away). . . A lot of area's around here are still without electricity and of course the Internet . . . AND - While it seems that almost everyone is okay and can get around their local neighborhoods - more people are stuck where they are, especially depending if they are in high rises or not . . . No Subways or Bus Service yet either . . . However, if I knew exactly where he is - I could do a drive by as I leave the City to tell You all more . . . I suspect and hope Steve will be posting as soon as he can . . .

With Steve's permission an UPDATE ! ! ! !

Okay - I was just in touch with "Steve" . . .

HE'S ALIVE ! ! ! ! And So is His FAMILY ! ! !
(Although they are now a little under thw weather - all of them have "colds" )



Now - It seems I was correct . . . Steve and his family do live in an area that was without Electricity/Heat (since they are tied in together) and did not get it back till yesterday . . . (The following is Not his words - but "Mine" . . . Hey, as you all know - Family comes first in these types of situation too, especially when you have little ones . . .)

Also - He really did not have access to the Internet for the past few days . . . So business wise there is a lot of catch-up he has got to do . . . Given this - He apologizes to anyone who has placed an order and not recieved it yet. "Steve" ask that you be patient - he will get to it asap . . .

Last, but not least - "Steve" would like everyone to know here on ECF that he is quite touched and very appreciative of peoples concern for him and his family - He will be back on as soon as he possible can . . .

Hey, all. I'm back online. Yeah, I was smackdab in the muck of things in NYC with Sandy and it was worse than the displacement and mass transportation issues of 9-11 and the 2 blackouts we experienced in NYC shortly after combined. My family was very lucky but a lot nearby us weren't and moreso on Staten Island and especially Breezy Point. Anyhow, hope to be back to BAU after this weekend. Thanks to those of you who were genuinely concerned.
