VAPRE51 air flow CAUTION!

Be very, VERY carefull if you decide to adjust the air flow. If you turn it too much it can snap the wire on the inside to the center post. I just did this. I feel HORRIBLE. I killed the bestest thing in the whole world.

I advise against adjusting the air flow at this time. The 201 worked just fine without adjusting it, so DON'T do it unless you absolutely have to.

I wouldn't expect Shawn to cover this on a warranty. This was user error. I read the instructions, but turned it just enough that the center post did infact turn. I stopped at once, but the damage was already done.

Have I mentioned how bad I feel right now? I am literaly sick to my stomache.

That sucks for you for sure. At first I have to admit I giggled when I read that you just killed the best thing in the world, then I thought oh noes what if he don't have a backup! ship it back to me ill take care of it. not a probl;em at all. the adjustment screw is small and turns very easily as soon as u feel an resistance just stop turning it. unfortunately it wasnt designed with someone your size lol.

The batteries are perfect, the charger is great, and the atomizers both work. I'll send just the body back today or tomorrow. I'm so sad. I hope this doesn't lead me to drinking.... oh wait, never mind.

So Shawn... question:

It doesn't sound like he did anything beyond the recommendation (he said he made only a small turn), so I wonder if there is an issue and we should NOT adjust them? I'm kinda paranoid now as you can imagine.

Remember tho, I'm a BIG guy. I probably had more to do with it than the actual device. I just advise EXTREME caution. Don't adjust unless you absolutely need to, and do it SLOWLY.
