After placing an order on Vapure.com for e-liquids on 12/22/11 because they said on the site
a "guaranteed" shipping date of 12/23/11 if the order was 10 bottles or less.
So even though i was going to order more,I left it well below 10 so mine would be shipped the next day.
So while checking the status thier site i noticed it still didn't show it had shipped.
shot a email and recived this reply

Ok I understand things happen. so I waited,
And noticed it was still showing no shipping info, so i sent another email.

So figuring it probably shipped and they just didn't update the site, i waited,nothing thursday, nothing today (friday).
So I sent another email after work, after getting an email from Stamps.com saying a package had shipped today (friday).

But what i do not understand is why my package was not sent on Tuesday like the email below stated.
So now instead getting my package yesterday or today, I will not even have it until monday,or tuesday.
I ordered items from three other companies on the same night I ordered from yours, and recived them all this past tuesday.
I have had to spend money i didn't plan on spending for eliquid at a local shop due to the shipping problem on your end.
If the postal service did not come by on friday, what about tuesday? wednesday? or thursday?
I will not be ordering from your company again.

I didn't think it was a angry sounding email. I'm sure others would be very upset knowing something that was supposed to be shipped the next day was not shipped until a full week later. Am I wrong in thinking this?

Wow, really.
I send an email to a company customer service department questioning why items I paid your company money for had not been shipped,even after two shipping dates had come and gone.
And you accuse me of sending a "less than cordial/threatening email"?
I have worked in retail management and mail order business for over 20 years and would have never accused someone of this.
While running mail order companies and shipping was slow, we would always call/email customers to let them know of delays.
I feel my email was very nice for someone who was expecting a package only to find out it was shipped 7 days after ordering it.
I'll give it away on the electronic cigarette forum when it arrives, I would never enjoy vapeing them it after your email.

I understand it was right before christmas, but they claimed if you ordered 10 bottles or less they would ship the next day.
and then to be told they would ship tuesday.
Then to find out they shipped a full 7 days after they should have.
So I got a reply to my last email.

After meeting meeting some many wonderfull people on here and in person.
I am set aback by the way I was treated by this person.
So because I wondered why my order had not been shipped, I am "whiny" and "less than cordial" and "threatening? and am told to take my business elsewhere.....
I guess this company feels that people wondering where their stuff is, are whiny people that should be ignored.
I give up.
