Regulated voltage output - PowerTube gives consistent vaping regardless of how much battery power is left.
10-sec switch protection - The PowerTube has an auto shutdown if the switch is activated for 10 seconds to prevent overheating or damage to the atomizer.
Auto Short Circuit Protection - The PowerTube adjusts the voltage to the Atomizer, and will auto shutdown if the battery voltage or atomizer resistance is too low, the current is too high, or the battery is inserted improperly.
Built in Battery Voltage Meter - PowerTube LCD display shows voltage of battery. Will flash when the battery needs recharging, and shutdown.

Never found a use for dual coils and I'm not worried. Rather save the 80 bucks and give it a try.

Seems a waste on a VV device when you can dial in all the flavor you need by adjusting the voltage. I'm fine with my VPX tank and a 3.0 Boge. Works very nice for me. But to each their own...

I have a DC tank on my Knight Rider right now and it works fine I did find that the standard carto works better than the LR.

I have been using the PowerTube with the new DCT-V1 Tube Tanks for a couple weeks now, and I am immensely impressed!! I have literally fallen in love all again with my e-cig!!! New-found flavor (loving all the Crystal flavs like never before!), huge performance, no-hassles, and loving the flexibility that the true variable voltage offers.

There is a huge difference with the PowerTube and DCT Tube Tank unit when adjusting the voltage!! I have found that at low-voltage (3-4V) this unit works awesome, but at higher-voltage (5-6V) I only need to take very small puffs, and get huge performance!!! Big difference!!!

3.0V - Nice cool vape, huge flavor
5-6V - Warm vape, huge vapor, huge throat-hit

Excellent and like I said to each their own. I've been using my Powertube for a week now with a VPX tank and a 3.0ohm Boge carto with your RY4 juice and I love it. Same as you, I can dial it down to around 3.7 volts for a nice cool vape and then back up to 4.5- 5 volts for a great warm vape with enormous vapor. Great product guys and your RY4 at the 50/50 blend is outstanding. Love the taste and vapor production. Keep up the good work!
