Variable voltage booster?

Real nice Minus, very neatly done. My suggestion is to beef up the wiring on the higher amperage portion to 18 gauge. From the Vout to the 3a horn button and to the atty. oh... and of course to the 3a diode.

the diode is a 5Amp. and I think it is 20 gauge wire. The charging print is from an older KR808 PCC, voltage goes from 4,3V. To 5,3V. Under load , it takes about 8 hours to charge .
The box is 83x53x21mm

20 gauge will do Minus. I guess the photo is deceiving. It makes the wires look very thin like 28 gauge.
