Variable Voltage BoxMod with display, not wooden?

I have been trying to find a Variable Voltage BoxMod with display that is not wooden, like the one that madvapes sells but every one seems to be either out of stock or do not except PayPal.

Does anyone know anyplace that would not be out of stock?

You are welcome! Got one for myself and it has been shipped already. This is my first mode. MV doesn't has batteries in stock so bought a kit with a charger on Ebay for 12$.

I ordered one of the MadVapes Variable Volt Box Mod with Voltage Indicator (man, is THAT a mouthful!) as well!

Wow. Under $45 for a smaller size box mod with voltage indicator?

I was looking for a more "pocket friendly" VV, to go with my ProVari, and I think (I hope) this'll be the ticket!

Any suggestions on the best, longest lasting reliable battery for the madvapes VV with display box??? I'm new to the mod thing and aren't familiar with "separate" batteries

I'm an AW brand fan. I also prefer protected batteries. (the black, not the red ones). I was "sold" on these as the best when I got my first mod using "separate" batteries and I've been very happy with going with AW.

Don't forget to get a charger. Pila is expensive and highly recommended. TR001 is also quite popular as well as the newer 4 bay chargers.

Quick question...

I'm expecting my MV VV Box mod to arrive today, but not sure if the batteries will get here also (MadVapes was all out of stock, so I had to order from another vendor)

Can you use AA batteries in a pinch with the MadVapes VV Box mod with Indicator? Will it simply not work, or would it be dangerous?

Just wondering if I could run out and grab a pair of AA's to use for the day or two while waiting for the rechargeable batts to arrive.

BW got MV VV with display yesterday and it looks very nice and professionally made. Very clean inside (no epoxy spill).

MadVapes now has 14500 batteries in stock. Might as well get them from MadVapes!

I believe they have both the the UltraFires and the TrustFires.
