So, i tend to post questions on here more than browse the forums and for that i apologize. My next question is regarding variable voltage. Not ADJUSTABLE voltage either. I am quite happy with the consistency of a 5 volt pv. What i DONT like about my GLV 2 is that the strength of each hit lessens as i continue to vape. It gives a very strong hit right when i start with it, but i have to take a longer drag after the first few hours to get a hit of equal strength. I need a pv that will give me a fully body 5 v hit until the batteries are completely dead. any suggestions?

I have a Buzz that is Variable Volt. It has a voltage regulator which means that every hit is the same from the first use of my fully charged batteries until they die. If you are only interested in 5V I would think that you need regulated 5V and I am not familiar with who makes a regulated 5V. Hopefully somebody that has one will stop by and give you some guidance. Good luck. :)

Or you could go with a MOD that puts out a constant wattage no matter what the batt level is, the Darwin. I have both the Darwin and the Provari and use both daily. The Darwin will deliver the same hit throughout the batt cycle. The Vari will do the same but change any atty/carto on the Darwin and it will still pump the same wattage to whatever you throw at it. Set it for your prefered heat and blast away.

Please correct me if I am mistaken but does'nt the use of high drain batterys keep the voltage consistant until they are drained then recharge and your good to go again. If I understand right the out put stays the same with no reduction in vape.AW is one brand but there are several others.

Not exactly, high drain batteries have the ability to provide more amperage when in use which is needed in some situations to get proper power to the atomizer. They will still have the same characteristic as far as the voltage slope when used. In fact that slop can be higher with high drains because they do have the ability to provide more output when in use.

What's needed to keep the voltage consistent across a batteries usable range in either a vv or fixed volt mod is a regulator designed in the mod.
