So i started to build a Hana mini box mod but have had a problem that i gett check atomizer even if everything is solderd and connected correctly.

So i got tired of that one and wanted to change the 510 on my okr box yesterday and have put a varitube 510 on it.

Put my tugboat on it and it dident fire! Same problem as the dna ggggrrrr today i took the rda of and started to check the 510

eather the spring in the 510 is to weak or to short so when i skrew it on it passes the delrin insert and loose connection. I will look at my hana today if that is the problem with that one too....

Get your self a 3/8 solder type lug and solder your ground wire to that and tighten the nut. Solder your + to the center pin not to the screw on brass part. You dont want to pass voltage through the spring its not designed to do that. If you assembled it correctly there should be no short.

Sounds like you may not have connected your positive wire properly.
The vt 510, unscrew the end cap, remove the spring and center pin. Solder your wire on the flat wide end of the center pin, ensuring you dont have any solder overflowing over the sides and that your wire is straight. Slide the spring over your wire to the center pin, then slide the end cap over the wire. Insert it back into the delrin insert and screw the end cap back into place. You should be able to pull on your wire and have movement. You should also be using stranded wire, or if using solid wire you should give it a curl to give the connection flexibility. Do not solder anything that has the delrin on it at the time or you will melt it, wasting your $4.50 plus shipping...
