so yea i bought a VVV and i loved it ( just bought it {take note of past tense} ) worked perfectly the first day ( yeah the "first" day ) noticed that the - button seemed a little... off. this is the email i sent VaporBeast. "ok so i know you had problems with my address but i got it fine doesn't show up right in usps so no big. now the first day i used the VVV it worked perfectly though i thought that the - button seemed a little... i dont strange. i made sure both batteries were charged before i used it. i tried the lower volts with my 1.5 ohm tank i ordered ( which i am loving ) and moved up slowly to 4.1v then decided i liked it better at around 3.6v - 3.7v and kept it there. when i went to bed last night it was still working fine; however, when i woke up today and went to use it it was at 5.8v checked the battery and it was low ( i vape a lot ) so i changed it out first then raised the volts till it came back to 3.6v. when i tried to vape something weird happened. my vape got weaker and then suddenly got really strong. when i checked the voltage it was at 5.9v... ok that is odd. so i tried again. while raising the volts i accidentally passed 3.7v and ended up on 3.8v when i tried to lower it with the - button... it didn't work. then i noticed that the volts were suddenly dropping without me pressing anything. it dropped to 3.3v then stayed there. so i tried raising the voltage back to 3.7v and had to fight with it trying to constantly lower. when i got it back to 3.7v it stopped dropping... till i tried to vape. so i removed the battery and put it back in to try and reset it. now the light is constantly on sometimes showing nothing at all or will only show the ohms till i press +. the - button does not work at all and randomly drops in volts some times going all the way around. it still vapes but i never know what voltage i am actually vaping on. i do try to at least keep it under 4v but its difficult this is not what i thought i payed for while i knew it was a cheap comparison to provari i did not think it would break a day after i got it for what i payed. Ive kept it either on my desk or in the case when i was out, turning it off with the five clicks when i wasn't using it. any help would be appreciated." waiting on response.

They have a warranty, don't they? It happens. It's a mass produced item made by a different company than the first Lavatubes, of which there are a billion out there working just fine. You go the Version 2, made by June Yung. There were problems reported with the build quality of that one. But it's not like any huge number of them are defective. Would you regret not buying a Benz just because you had to take your Toyota in for warranty repairs?

When an electronic circuits go bad or are defective, a lot of strange things can happen. All the detail doesn't make it extraordinarily bad. It only shows it malfunctioned. It wouldn't have been any better if it simply didn't turn on or off. They either work right, or they aren't working right. Send it back and get a replacement. You sound as if all of them act that way. I understand your frustration, but put this in perspective. If they refuse to replace it, then you'll have a serious issue to complain about. Until then, it's just another common warranty issue and that's what warranties are for.

Just bad luck. Get it replaced and that'll be the end of the issue. Get one that works and you'll be happy with it.

i didn't mean to sound as if they were all defective i know they are not. i am just annoyed since i bought this to replace my last pv that was going out and eventually died. now i am left with nothing unless i use this at random volts which can be harsh on the lungs if your not expecting it.

so i just got an email and call from VaporBeast very polite. went through options with me and is putting replacement in the mail before i even send out the defective one... awesome.they are doing every thing they can to get me back on my feet. so customer service 5vapes out of 5 and once i get my working vector ill let you know how it goes. cant always be lucky some times a bad one slips through. now i just need to order a new backup pv. and most likely i will be buying it from VaporBeast. though at some point i will save up enough to spend big on a provari. hat tipped to you VaporBeast you have eased my concerns

Yes..., Razen, sometimes with these E-cigs, a defective one makes it through. I have a Provari and two Vector's and they all work really great! VaporBeast has in my opinion, the best customer service bar none in the industry, so I'm sure they hook you up! These devices, the Lava Tube and Vector are all basically the same stuff! Lava Tube ripped of Provari, Jung Yung modified/improved the Lava Tube.

The most important thing is find a supplier that backs this stuff up! Honestly I've never seen a negative review on VaporBeast. Everything is so positive with Tim and his company, so if he ends up taking care of you show him some love because that guy is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! These guys survive or dye based on feedback from their customers. The successful customer service oriented suppliers, like VaporBeast are in the business because they love it, and want to build a business on loyalty, not short term profit! The Chinese suppliers, although generally good, are not perfect, and dealing with
them can be difficult for the US suppliers!

Anyway, be assured the Vector is an excellent choice as is your supplier VaporBeast!
