They didn't respond to my email either! About 6 months ago, as a new vaper, I ordered their custard. When it arrived there was no flavor at all that I could taste, and I politely emailed them asking whether this was the way it was meant to be, or whether there was something missing in my order. I never received a response either, and as it was my first order with them, I obviously never ordered again!
