I have emailed both OrbVapor and VelvetCloudVapor asking a few questions about their juices and its been 3 full days with no reply. I actually placed an order with VCV and put the order number on the title of the email since regarding the order and still no response. Do these vendors just dont care for new customers or are they having trouble with their emails?
Orb seems to have many juices out of stock as well.. been checking the site for over a week before i decided to email about when their juices will be restocked.
Im a bit surpised because ive read such good reviews from you all here at ECF esp regarding the customer service for both vendors.
Why even provide a support email if never going to bother to reply..
Probably will not deal with then again.. how can i feel confident ordering with them incase a problem rises and can't even get a hold of them. Anyone else had these issues?

I've not dealt with either of these vendors personally, but I would say that some of these operations are mom and pop type places that only have one or two employees and that's it.

I'm not making excuses for them, I personally feel the same way that you do and refuse to do business with anyone that doesn't value me enough as a customer to simply give me the courtesy of a reply to my email.

A lot of the vendors put more of an effort into their facebook pages too, so you might want to check out if they have FB pages and try to get a response there. Again, you shouldn't have to run around after them in my opinion, but you might get more joy that way.

I can't say anything about those particular vendors, but quite frankly, unless they've got something on their website saying that they're running behind/swamped/whatever, if I don't hear anything back within 2 business days, I usually lose interest in buying anything from them.

On a related note, most of the vendors I've been in touch with have responded the same day, and usually within a few hours.

I'm still waiting over a week for one to reply. They were out of 120 ml flavoring (when they do make it they make 1 !) now they are out of the flavor all together . How they can afford to turn away business is beyond me.

One week is simply unacceptable for a reply to an email.. no matter how great their products are. Just like InTheShade mentioned we shouldn't have to feel as if we are chasing them in order to purchase something.

I usually only deal with a few vendors that have great customer service... Mt Baker and Discount Vapers. Never had any issues with customer service with them.

I think I am going to give Mt Baker a try. I see their name popping up alot here and seeing pretty good reviews on their juices. Do you have any recommendations?

I have emailed VelvetCloudVapor and I did get a response, it took I think 4-5 days and I honestly forgotten at that point that I even emailed them.

If I have to chase them down on facebook, they dont need my buisness. I have never used facebook and refuse to make a account just to get vendor information. There are enough other places out there.

You have selling stuff and customer service and both are very important to me.
Had it recently with an order, payed priority delivery and got tracking. I checked my tracking and nothing came up.
Even after a few days my tracking showed nothing. You think something is wrong and then you email them and here same story.
No response ( it was my first ever order from them) and then you think you get screwed. Got advice to send them true twitter and or facebook. A day later they responded and all was send and should arrive in two days.
I do still order from because my second order with flat mail delivery went smooth ( no tracking).
They should reserve time for customer service and communication.

Agreed on your choice of not bothering them again, or recommending them. First impression is the biggest one..
Websites w/o phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addys, and contact names don't get my business either.
I might not like what's hidden behind number 2!
They are fronting to be a responsible legitimate business?, so they need operate like one..

LOL!!! I agree...it bugs me when people don't respond to my interest in giving them money! I've been waiting on a reply from Vapor Hut for about 3 weeks...the question? I asked them "how much for the biggest bottle of RYD2 you can sell me?" I asked it much more professionally but the message is the same. I tried your product, I like your product, I want to buy a lot of your product. Who would ignore that? If I could find another juice that tasted like soft pretzels, I'd buy it!
