Vendors open Analitcal Lab Results

This is in part due to a question http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...cent-concentration-conversion-vice-versa.html

But it got me thinking. I'd like to start doing my business with vendors that more openly post lab results on say a monthly basis. Do any of you know any vendors that actually post these results on their website?

Part of my reasoning is that government regulation is inevitable and vendors might as well start doing tests on their own to prepare for this. My other part of reasoning is that I'd gladly pay a little extra knowing that a vendor met some type of quality control.

BTW I'm very much against big government intervention here. I just see it as a maybe a start police-ing your self movement...make your customers aware that you are very serious about what is going into the product.

When people are willing to pay more for their products to accommodate the costs for testing, I'm sure businesses won't mind doing it. Until then, don't get your hopes up.

Find and click where it says "Members." Several vendors have become certified. And click on "Standards" to see what becoming certified entails.

Many venders sell pre-bottled e-liquids from manufacturers. Halo, Dekang, etc. Venders have no reason to do testing under those conditions. It is the Manufacturers responsibility.

A very large problem I see is no detailed information about compliance oversight of members ie: frequency of inspections and penalties for non-compliance.

Just signing up, paying a fee so a vendor can display a cert based only on a promise doesn't mean a whole lot to me.

Yeah I guess I meant manufacturer and not vendor. I figure if you DIY that you know what you are doing etc...I've considered that route but still really new to vaping that DIY seems a bit daunting. I figure if you DIY that it's your responsibility as to what is going into the finished product; but for those of us that purchase online it would be nice to know that manufactures/vendors are meeting some type of quality control. I'm sure I'm not a minority among vapors...maybe I am...but as stated even though I'm cheap; I wouldn't mind paying a little extra if knew that their product and ingredients was what they claim it is.
