I'm still using mine and seems every mod I pick up now, I find myself pushing the bottom to try and fire it.. We've got some replacement bottoms coming in and hopefully we'll see them soon..

Any chance of getting any top caps in? Fried my first Tele(long story and no ones fault but my own) just ordered my second. Having spare parts for this puppy would make me truly happy :)

Might be good to say what you did just so others don't do it by accident. One persons mistake does help others from making the same.

Any word on those replacement bottoms yet? I got my telescope about a week ago...absolutely NO problems, and it's working great. But reading this thread has got my worried about that button. It seems sturdy enough...but if something should happen I sure hope I could get a replacement switch. Only thing is...I got black chrome, and figure that mostly all Madvapes will have is chrome and brushed stainless. But I could live with a bit of a mis-match if needed. When can we hope to get some word on the replacements?

It's a versatile little mod, and with an AW16340 750mah 3.7v protected battery makes the unit extremely stealth even in the smallest hands. This is my "go to" mod for outdoor activity , no worries about electronics. Also, stick an 18500 w/a kick and you have a very nice vw vape.

it seems like some of you have managed to kick the telescope, i love my telescope to but have been unable to use it ll day with the voltage droping off and slightly low, I got a kick and put it in and it worked somewhat but would cut on and off while vaping anoying the hell out of me i tried messing with the ground and everything else could my kick be faulty or has anyone else had this problem?

I received mine in the mail and the switch was already broken! Are they usually easy to break off?
I sent in a support ticket a few days ago, but I haven't gotten a response yet... About how long do they take to respond?
I'm hoping they're just busy because of the holidays and get to mine soon. I need another one quick, I'm back to my old vape and it's not cutting it!

FYI on the Telescope switch.... I have a stainless model, the switch seems to be different than the replacements I've seen for sale (no big spring as in pics on MV site). I have found that the internal screws become loose. One "set" is the negative battery connection, which consists of a little bolt, little spring and a nut. These came completely loose on mine and the Telescope started to fire without pressing the switch. No problem, had to take it apart and re-assemble. Now...under this part is where the switch is, and I believe alot of switches are breaking because they come loose too. Once they are loose, the switch is very venerable to snapping off. I have found that I need to tighten up this part at least once a week. Thinking a little lock washer on it or something, maybe a dab of thread lock.
