I'm ready to scream! Some days I don't know how I put up with my bossy assed husband. He's telling me how to paint, like I don't know how to paint???????? Give me a flipping break! I know how to paint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But noooooooooooo.........it has to be done his way cause his way is the right way. I'm about ready to rip him a new one.


Lord in heaven, please give me strength to put up with my bossy know it all husband. He's driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8-o

Because subconsciously they they understand that because of our love, we will forgive them. Nobody else is equipped to handle that venting and also allow it to continue unchecked.

But the same is true for the reversed roles, aint love grand?

You can, but it'll only apply to my 12 yr old son. I don't know why but that is one rule I obeyed from the beginning in order to impress her and I never reverted to my old ways. But there are others in my case, thats why I gave equal air time with, "But the same is true for the reversed roles, aint love grand?".

My biggest problem is that I want to fix everything, and I'm coming to think that sometimes momma just wants to vent, not seek a solution.

As far as husbands go......well.....I pick my battles. What used to be important when I was young just isn't important. Now, I take up for myself but also apologize when warranted. I say what I have to say and then drop it. I don't keep going on and on and on. Face it...you're going to have differences. If ya need to scream, then do so. They think you're going off the deep end, when you're only releasing frustration. It's fun! Don't do anything stupid like I sometimes do."Fine! You can paint it all by yourself." Then walk away. But, realistically, you're going to have a mell of a hess when you come back. So, after posting all of that.......WE SO TOTALLY UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!!!!
