Surely you can understand that if you put out something that is visible to the forum members they would question it. I agree that there are valid points on all sides, but you will also note that I have not made any comments either way in all of this.

Seriously, the Verified has nothing to do with the Supporting Member. The powers that be are testing some options to help improve things. Part of that is seeing how things would work, what bugs there are.

Not everyone testing is a Supporting Member, just that not everyone has gone through the Verified function. Bugs are being found, which is precisely why there's no announcement of it.
