Has anybody tried either the real deal or the clone?

I've had the clone version come in and had a little play, so far very impressed with it mostly, only problems are that the insulator sucks, guessing it's not a peek insulator like the original, and the screws are not flat where you attach the wire and can make fitting larger wire a bit tricky.
Looking for others thoughts on it

Tried an authentic. Dual vert coils at .5ohms. I liked it, found it ran on the hot side, which given the reduced chamber is no shock.

The owner was not found of the original screws either and replaced them ( dont know with what).

I prefer the magma but as the clones are hitting the market there is a pretty good chance I will grab one.

Thanks for the info, just had a teflon insulator come in with some spare screws so will have another crack at it tonight.

Original in hand... two clones in route. Along with the Origen V2, my two favorite attys to date. If you've not seen it, there's a good thread on the Veritas, with Faceless participating, at Calivapers.

I've got a magma clone in route from FT that should arrive sometime this year. I keep buying clones to try out because I just can't seem to bond with them, got a half dozen now that I never use. I think I'll try one more time with an authentic with this one.
