G'day there,

I'm having significant troubles with my juices burning. I have read the prior posts and FAQs about this, and nothing's helped.

I have an eGo-C Twist with the CE3 2.6-2.8ohm, as well as the eGo-C stock atty/minitank at SR. Even set down to 3.2V, I get a few drags which taste beautifully, but then they start burning. The fix on the CE3s is either to suck some air through or blow through to get the wick wet again, which gives me a couple more good drags -- the stock setup (I don't know what else to call it) requires me to pull the tank to let a big air bubble in, which gets me a couple more good drags before it starts burning again.

I leave a small air bubble in the stock tank when filling, but this behavior happens all the way down to the last of the juice. I've tried dragging hard and gently on both the CE3 and stock tank, with no real difference. Juices are Vermillion River Kentucky Premium Blend Vanilla, Applewood, and KY4 -- the consistencies range from light to dark, so I don't think that it's related to the thickness. They don't publish their PG/VG ratios so I can't guess at that.

What's going on here? Thanks for thoughts!

Might be juices with real high or all VG , which doesn't wick very well in anything . They seem to be OK to drip onto an atty. But look for a vendor that lists the PG/VG ratio , and try getting some sample sizes , of different ratios , to see which you like best . I use a 50/50 ratio in my juices and even that tends to clog carto's in a week of use . More PG = thinner juices , and more flavor , but less vapor . VG = thicker , and more vapor production . Good luck in your search .

So what does a clogged carto act like? I tend to use the things for 1mo or more, and have never really known when to switch them. As long as they still fire they're ok, right?
