When the vapor and/or taste starts to diminish, you can add more juice to your cartridge. If you say you have LR atomizers that came with your eGo kit, you might want to consider using cartomizers or dripping with a drip tip. I say that because LR (Low Resistance) atties heat up faster than regular ones, so the cartridge or filling might melt or singe, and therefore may cause a gross burning taste.

It appears you have the Mega (diameter as wide as the battery) atty sizes for your eGo, so if you do decide you want to drip, there are vendors who offer a drip-tip for the Mega atty, also known as the "type B" or "cylinder" atty. It's really all subjective to your tastes, but find a happy medium between adding too little or too much juice. Too little may not be enough liquid for your atty to handle and it may prematurely pop, or die. Too much won't destroy it, but it will flood and make a gurgling sound if there's too much, or it may leak.

Make little adjustments and you should have a happy vaping experience.

DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
litecigusa has mega eGo drip tips. i vape an eGo with a mega type B cylindrical eGo atomizer and mega type B cylindrical eGo cartridges and am very happy with this set up. once in a while i use mega eGo cartomizers but find the "draw" is not as good, and the taste is not as "full strength" for some reason...........
you got a great kit!
recommend: Fire & Ice e-juice by VaporBomb..............awesome

God I'm so dumb about all of this stuff, please forgive me for the 1000th time. I was just about to order a couple of drip tips so wanted to make sure im not stuffing it up... (Joye eGo Black Delrin Drip Tip(Type A) [Drip tip] - $2.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail). Are these right for what I have?

Also, What about filling? Do I need to buy some of that blue foam or something to fill the empty cartridges I have?

And I still don't know if I put the juice into the cartridge or straight into the atomizer? :p

Thanks again!

Simple, if you separate the mouthpiece from the atty - in one half you should see a small strip of metal mesh (this is the atty half)
and some white fiber ( this is the cart half). Just drip juice on the white filler till it's good and wet and put it bacj on the atty.
The white filler is what you would replace with blue foam (much better filler) if desired. It sounds as if you received the attys with
a protective cart cover on them (no white filler) but you should also have some "Marl" carts 5-ea according to your website link.
You can just slip one of these on (should be filled with juice already, could be lousy flavor) and vape away, when the vapor slacks
off drip more juice into the filler half.

Well yeah there is an absolute Janty/Joye eGo, there are many copies of the original, not sure who was first Joye or Janty but that's not really an issue. I have yet to hear a bad review about any of the copies out there from the Riva, Titan, vGo etc.

Is the battery wider then the attomizer? Is there a screw top to it? If your battery and atty line up the odds are you got a 510 e-cig. Which is still a fine solution, main difference is the battery life isn't as long.

If i recall correctly the 510 batts are 350 mha which should give a pack a day smoker about 2 - 3 hours of vapping time. The Joye eGo batts last a normal smoker bout 8+ hours.

510 standard battery is 180mAh the XL is 280mAh the eGo standard is 650mAh and the mega is 1000mAh.
