Very disappointed

Been buying juice from v4l for a few months now and spent hundreds of dollars on juices to find which ones I liked and didn't like. Last week I get an email for a sale of 36% off sale on juice and cartos. IF I SPEND OVER $115. Great so I goto website and goto my favorite juices.

Wow smilin menthol 18 mg -Out
Wow cowboy menthol 18 mg-Out
Wow peppermint 18 mg- in stock

Now I need to make 115$ so I add 2 bottles of peppermint and take a risk on the 555( which is only 36 mg but all rave about it so I take the risk) and try out the wowbacco 18 mg. That's only $50 worth so I make up the difference in cool carts. I get my order over the limit and check out.

I received my order and theres no peppermint. I get some scribbles on my invoice that says out.
So that means that I just spent over 115$ on something I didn't really need. To top it off my card was charged the full price and the peppermint that I never received I was charged for. Not to mention that now I only have 555 36mg and some wowbacco to smoke that I really don't care for.

This pisses me off that an order that was placed was sent out although they didn't have what I ordered and didn't even contact me to see if I still wanted the order ( which I surely would have cancelled).

I also commented in the comment part of my checkout if I could order black and gold carts and that I was looking for wow smilin and wow cowboy menthol 18 mg which I got no reply or answer to my comment question.

wow that sounds really frustrating! Thanks for sharing with us. I also wouldn't like to spend that much money and not recieve what I wanted and had to pay for it. Im sure since you are addressing it here you will get the help you need. Have you opened a support ticket?
Sometimes i wont use a sale because I can't spend that much money. For one..its a lot of money. and two, most stuff I want is out of stock! I also understand that V4L has to deal with customs and thats frustrating too! We never know exactly when new shipments will come.

I hope your issues are resolved! when they are you will be smilin!

I have not taken advantage of the sales lately because of the minumum requirements to get the higher percentage off. I don't like that as I don't always need to purchase a large amount of items, and like the OP said - they are frequently out of flavors in the desired strength. They do have good customer service IMO and I am sure they will take care of your problems teslastick.

You will get the fastest response from them by opening a support ticket.

I can understand that something sold out and never got updated I can live with that. BUT to have all 3 of the kinds I like out and to offer me a great sale when they don't have it in stock and to send it out and charge me full price with shipping and not to answer my questions in the comment box............had I not double checked my credit card statement I would have never found out this overcharge. How can this happen? Not send something and still charge someones card for it?
