I think I may actually learn to like lung hits. I have had some 6mg chocolate flavoured juice lying around that I wasn't fond of because I got zero throat hit from hit. I was anxious to tinker with the rba so I wicked it and tried the chocolate juice at 22 watts airflow wide open. Went up to 40 and settled it at 32 watts for best flavour and I must say its not bad.
A lot more flavour than mtl, and nice throat hit. I do find my throat a little irritated for 5 minutes or so after 8-10 pulls, I guess I'm just not used to it. I only take 1-2 second pulls and then inhale so it's very similar to mtl but a lot more flavour and vapour.

Thanks I've been on a spree of
That's a big change. When I made the change to sub ohm it took a few days for me to get used to it. Loving it now. I wish you well!
Thanks! I've been on a spree of new flavors since I made the switch. Sub ohming really brings out the flavor. It's hard to go back.

I've been enjoying my Subox mini for just over a week now and I love it. That being said, I definitely enjoy straight lung hits. I wasnt sure how I felt about the warm sub ohm vape initially but it grew on me. I think it also depends on the juice. I'm thinking about getting a wrap or a sleeve for mine, I just like how it looks on its own too much.
I started vaping three weeks ago. I use a KangerTech Subox Mini with a Kanger SubTank Plus and a 0.5 ohm OCC coil setup. It took me a good week and a half of tweaking around, but I finally got so I could do direct lungs hits. I played around with a lot of settings, but at this point in time, what's working the best for me is 20 watts at full air flow. I also am using Space Jam Eclipse at 12 mg/ml nicotine level. I tried some 18 mg/ml nicotine strength Space Jam Pluto and I just could not vape that stuff for direct lung hits. Thanks for your post. A very nice read :)

I enjoy using the subox kits. I am D2L inhaler so I like the .5s (but now that I can fire down to .3, as opposed to .4 with the KBOX, I rebuild the OG OCCs btw .3 and .4 Ohm), but it took my SO some trial and error to get what she likes. She prefers M2L and wasn't a fan of the .5s, except at the lowest airflow setting. So I put in the 1.5 (1.7 really) VOCC and dialed it down to 14.7w and she is in vape heaven with the airflow on the 2nd setting. glad to hear you have found yours! Have you looked at the new NANO Suboxes? Pink and Purple? I know I wont hear the end of it from my SO until I get her one:p
My wife so wants the pink nano set

I was visiting KangerTech's website earlier today and spotted those Nano's. I was on another mission, so did not look real close. However, as far as sales goes, I am quite certain that KangerTech will do well with those little guys. Just an observation :)

Thanks for this. I was looking to get the subox mini myself and this thread helped!
I was able to quit smoking cigarettes with the help of a KangerTech Subox Mini. Of course, I am a new vaporer and have not went out and bought a warehouse full of vaping gear. I would not be able to afford that. I started with the KangerTech Subox Mini Starter Kit. All I have done is just added the bigger KangerTank Mini Plus which, of course, is a tad large for the box. I think you will like the KangerTech. I know that I sure do :)

Lung hits rule :w00t:

Anyone else have juice getting into the airflow and gurgling after every refill? The thing is flawless otherwise, but after each refill no matter how careful I am it happens. Gurgles and juice seeps out the airflow and I have to blow it out into a towel and use q-tips to get the juice out of the center tube.
I have seen a few of those symptoms, but nothing that really alarms me. But I am using the KangerTank Mini Plus which holds 7 ml's of e-juice. I am just speculating here, but I really do not think a person needs to prime the coil if not too much time has passed on the refill. Also, I know (am positive) that a person does not want to overfill. But to answer your question, yes I have seen this but in my case the situation is very, very minor :)
