Very General Question About Nicotine (NOT about amount to use)

Nude is the most mild tasting of the 8 nicotines I have tried. Nicselect, heartland vapes, rts vapes, wizard labs, vaping zone, vapers tek, xtreme vaping, nude nicotine.
For me it is nn, then vt, then nicselect from nicotine river. Nude and vt are very close with nude being a bit more smooth to me. Nicselect is also pretty good for those like me vaping around 6mg or less. But it is certainly a step beneath the other two. However it is about $60 a liter so nice to have a bit around to make new recipes. Once I have a recipe I really like then I make a batch with premium nic.

Thanks WillyZee... I thought it was some special extracting process or something.
Still would be curious to know the diff b/t VT TH and VT Premium... just from the names it seems like the Premium would be milder than the TH version. ??
Thanks so much. Am looking forward to receiving the NN sampler, and ordering from there... but like to have a fallback just in case, and sounds like VT is a good second.
Also just curious to know the quality that makes the Nicselect come in third and a def step below the other two. Meaning, is it harsh, or peppery, or ... does it add a bit if an odd taste?
And it looks like xtreme didn't rate at all! Surprising! I realize this is all subjective but it's nice to gather people's opinions.

Yes I have never vaped with anything but Essential Depot. It's THE BEST. Glad to know it's the VT Premium you used. That makes much more sense. For some reason when you said chemnovatic and I looked on their site, I only saw that word associated with the TH version so that's why I was confused.
I can't even vape vendor juice anymore ... they all seem to use some form of discount nicotine base.

I never vaped vendor juice as it was too expensive, so did DIY from the start. But always wondered what "Boba's Bounty" tasted like when Busardo would vape it all through his reviews [some years back]... he always made it look so delicious. 
The throat-hit version from VT is also using chemnovatic, and is said to be same tasting except a little bit more throat-hit and pepper; one once mentioned aprox. 20% more in his view.

Nicselect was third simply because it is not as smooth and flavorless as vt and nn. More throat hit and flavor from it than the others when we did nicotine comparisons. Sort of a mild tobacco and very slight chemical taste vaped plain at 12mg 50/50. Nude and vt simply add less, thus your flavorings come through cleanly. No need to flavor away the nicotine taste.
All that said the nicselect from nicotine river is a very respectable nicotine. I hear heartland also uses nicselect. However side by side the nicotine river was smother. Not sure why but it was true with the batches I had on hand. You really can smell how a nic is going to be. Vt and nn have sort of a chemical scent and the other nics that are harsher smell mildly like an ashtray.
Edit- the cool thing is we vaped nude, vt, xtreme, and vaping zone in a blind test so it was more about individual preferences. Some people really like the throat hit so for them nude is not as good. Just depends on what you like.

Just in case I ever want to get a bunch of less expensive nic to have on hand, is it just the added flavor and throat hit, or is also it peppery/burny in your opinion?
This is so true! I just pulled out the [eJuice4u] nic I got that burns so much (to me anyway) and it smells like the inside of an old pipe when there is no tobacco in it - just the burnt remains of old stuff... yes, exactly like an ashtray with that acidic bite to the smell. Yuckaroonie.
I don't care for a TH so NN sounds perfect. It's going to seem like years until it gets here.
