I just ordered this kit plus 40 ml of assorted juices. Anything else you could think of that I would need to jump into this? Also, thanks so much for the responses. This site has made a complicated thing into something enjoyable for the newcomers.

You're off to a good start, especially with the juices. While the battery is important - consistent power and battery life - juice flavors and how it's delivered have a more noticeable effect on your vaping experience. I always recommend new vapers get a couple of good quality battery devices, but budget the most for different flavors to try and delivery systems: top coil, bottom coil, carto, carto tank, dripping attys, you never know what you may end up liking.

Cheers!

I started out with the Ego 600 kit. It came with two batteries. I found out that the batteries don't last very long. I then bought the Ego twist on a whim thinking bigger battery that it would last longer. In fact it does the opposite. I switched to the Ego 1100. This battery has good life span for me. I usually work around ten or eleven hours per day and the battery lasts that long. I use the evod tank on it and I am really pleased. Hope this helps a little

I started with a standard Joyetech 650mAh kit and didn't get a Twist for several months. I quit smoking just fine without the latest shiny new toys. :) And I still use the 650mAh sometimes when I go out.

To make it really easy, get
-two vision spinner 1300mah batteries
-two Kanger EVod BCCs
- 1 ego wall charger
- 2 packs of EVod replacement coils, I'd recommend 2.2 ohms to start

There are some compete kits out there, but I think everyone should start with variable voltage, and most kits don't.

Then it's a matter of finding juice. There are a billion choices. Me, personally, I would say try some of the naturally extracted tobacco juices from Heather's Heavenly Vapes. I searched high and low to find a 'all day vape' then I picked up a bottle of 'Legend' stuff is awesome, but tastes vary.

Oh... and come here often... if you need advice, you'll get it here quickly. If there is one thing that vapers love as much as vaping, it's hanging out here.

Welcome to vaping! When I first got into this, I went disposable - Volt - Ego with the Megacar - Ego-T system (which I have stuck with for well over a year only because I told myself I would not kick more $$$ into this. I would NOT recommend the Ego-T now only because there a are of lot better alternatives available). You are on the right track now, and I agree with the LeoRex: start of with a variable voltage battery. This will give you a lot more flexibility in discovering the right mix of tank\atty\juice that you like. Listen to the vets on this site (I am NOT one), they are invaluable to use noobs\inexperienced types.

I am completely new to vaping and have only ever tried either disposable cigs and the Blu starter kit. I enjoy vaping over smoking and I think I have an idea what I want, but I'm having trouble finding an all in one place to buy online. I have been impressed by the reviews I've seen on the eGo variable voltage. Please let me know where and exactly what to buy if I'm looking at vaping for 12-14 hours at work. As I understand it I need the eGo battery but after that I get lost. Please point me in the direction of a site you trust and maybe some links to items you recommend to start vaping as soon as possible. Thanks.

Others will have other ideas but I've gotten to recommend this kind of kit: Spinner/Twist Combo. Doesn't have to be that exact one, doesn't have to be that vendor (though MVS is a known, registered vendor here and I hear good things about them). But like that. Real close to where I ended up by trial and error. Wish I'd bought that style kit right off. Would have saved me time and money.

A spare charger and spare atomizer heads for the Evods. With e-cigs, the name of the game is backups for everything. While the kit you bought is good quality, we're still dealing with Chinese manufactured gear which doesn't always have quality control as one of its strong points. The heads on your Evods will eventually quit working and while they often be cleaned (or rebuilt, when you get to that point) and re-used, it's nice to have spares that you can quickly pop in and not miss a beat.

What you have is more than enough to get you going and keep you off the cigs (at least, it worked for me using that exact same gear). You can then start experimenting with different clearos, tanks, etc., and as you learn more from reading, you'll start forming ideas of what your next purchases might be (if anything). Some are perfectly happy to stay with a simple setup for years, while others move on to more advanced mods almost immediately.
