Very new - Just ordered my first stuff. How did I do?

I bought this from MadVapes to get me started. Do I need anything else? Did I buy anything that is plain stupid? I currently smoke 1.5-2 packs a day of Camel Blues. Been smoking 40 years.. For some reason my lungs aren't all shot yet and I'd kinda like to keep it that way. What will I need to replace the most? I also have a ton of good (non-crapfire) 18650 batteries I took out of laptop packs for flashlights if that helps. Sanyo, Sony, and Samsungs. A lot of the wick, carto, clearo tank vs cart and all that I don't get yet. I only read up on this stuff last night a bit before I ordered. Hope I did ok.

Looks a lot like what I started with, but I guarantee that one is nicer than the one I started with. Mine was a cheap ego style from a convenient store and it got me off of analogs (cigarettes), so I'm sure if you are ready to put a little effort into switching you will be fine with that set-up.

Of course I am still rather new (switched to vaping almost 3 months ago), so I'm not familiar with that particular model, but I'm sure some others will chime in who have used that specific eGo.

Oh and to answer your question, from what I can tell you've ordered everything you'll need to make the switch to vaping. The only thing I would've suggested you do differently is order less of the E-Juice, as I did the same thing when I ordered my Halo Triton (I ordered 30mL of a juice I thought I would like). Then the juice ended up sitting on my desk for almost a month, luckily in my case it just needed to age and after sitting for a month it tasted great.

Hello and welcome to ECF. You can't really do anything "stupid" when it comes to attempting to quit or cut back on smoking.

Looks like you'll be vaping with eGo 900 mAh batteries and clear cartomizers. 900 mAh is a decent capacity and the dual coils should give ya some extra umph!

It works. To get off the cigs, I would make sure you have no reason to go buy some. I would get a complete spare system. If what you have works for you, get that. Just worry about not having a reason to buy cigs.

What's a cartomizer/clearomizer difference? I got MadVapes 510 Ego Mega Dual Coil Clear Cartomizer Kit. So a clear cartomizer isn't a clearomizer? I know a tank is something big. I'm trying not to go from cigs to an Iron Lung, but I do see the appeal of bigger systems.

I think the kit I got has 2 of 510 Ego Mega Dual Coil with 900mAh batteries. How long does one last? Should I get 2 more? And I got a total of like 6? or so carts. How long will those last? Thank you very much guys! I quit smoking once after 5 years. Will be fun to cut it off now after 40. My order shows up tomorrow.
