Very Small Omega Issue

The main bushing on my Omega is loose inside the switch housing. It doesn't affect functionality in any way, but it's a bit quirky in that it keeps getting exposed through the gap. It started happening about 2 weeks after I bought it. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a good way to keep the bushing in place?

I was thinking of putting a dab of epoxy on the outside diameter of the bushing to give it a bit of a press fit, but wanted to post here before trying that.

There is a fine line of tolerance on that bushing. It may happen when it is cold, the material will shrink. This may sound odd, but I used super glue on mine when it did it to see if that would fix it, it did. Cleaning the slide and bushing should help as well

Thanks gang. Chad, that makes total sense about cold affecting the bushing material - I'll try the super glue trick the next time I have it apart.
