Very Specific Case Request

I'm in the market for a very specific type of case. It needs to be hard sided and durable, have a carabiner or place to put one and be able to hold the following...

• 
  [*=1]iTaste MVP OR VAMO (depending on my mood, and it's a good range for me)
  [*=1]an eGo Twist 1000mah (backup)
  [*=1]Two to three clearomizers
  [*=1]Two bottles of juice (up to 15ml)

It'll end up attached to the outside of my backpack and may bump around a bit, so some padding on the inside would probably be useful as well. Not necessary though because I can fill it with foam insert and cut out spaces for what ever I'm carrying. I've looked around, and can usually meet two out of three of my "demands" but haven't found the right one just yet. Anyone use something similar or have any ideas?
