I bought a kr808d-1 auto battery off nhaler about a week ago, and it has worked fine since I got it. The past few days when I have been pulling batteries off of the charger I have been recording the unloaded cell voltage as part of a little experiment I have been doing. Today when I pulled my battery off of the charger (after about 5 hours) and put the probes on it, I noticed the meter was reading 3.8v right off the bat, without me blowing into the other end. Thinking that it was odd, but not giving it much too much thought I threw a cart onto the battery and started to puff...and puff...and puff...no vapor. The blue light comes on, but there is no vapor.

I took of the cart, and checked the cell voltage again but this time it was reading 0.15v without the switch being thrown, and I was unable to make the light come on by blowing into the end. I hooked it up to a usb charger and the red light comes on, but the battery tip does not blink when I first plug it in. The charger works fine with my other batteries, which behave normally when plugged in.

I have tried cleaning the contacts of both the USB charger and the battery, as well as gently prying out the center pole to make sure it is making contact. Still no Vapor.

Some other odd symptoms - If i unscrew the cart while the LED on the tip is lit, it will stay lit until I plug that cart in again. This does not happen on my other batteries. Also, the charger light turns red immediately after plugging the battery in, whereas it stays green for a second after I plug my other batteries in.

I cant figure this out - it doesn't seem like the battery is busted or burnt out as everything seems to be working with the exception of the whole vapor thing...
