Pure VG isn't going to wick well in a cartomizer so you're probably going to be able to vape the liquid that hits the coils faster than it can soak through. You'll probably need to thin it down some with some PGA and/or water to get it to wick better.
When you fill cartos with 100% VG you have to let them sit for at least 20 or 30 minutes after you fill them. VG is very thick and it doesn't wick well on its own, even with cartos. I suggest thinning it with PG or PGA. Even a tiny bit of water might work.

I agree with Mindfield. But in case you are new to vaping, let me add that it should be distilled water if you go that route. And unless you are sensitive to PG, it works best. It's a better conductor of flavors.
I can only agree with the first 2 replies.
I've been mixing my own juice at 80% VG. Even filling with the condom method and letting the cartos sit over night plugged and capped I was still getting scorching. I finally had to thin my juices with PG and distilled water.
I let them sit over night and they still taste funny. I ordered some 80/20 to cut it with. I believe I will stick with strictly 80/20 or something >50 VG in the future. Thanks for the quick replies. This forum ROCKS and you guys and girls are great!
The Liquinator is a bit different though. The liquid hits the coils quicker because it enters the carto from the sides, and there's additional pressure from the volume of liquid outside the carto, so you can get away with thicker liquids.
