people who cant build - not real vapors . I doubt 100% VG will work with the rebuildable base cuz the holes are small as f , you also get limited juice volume and less airflow . Dont blame you guys for using the OCC

Uhh, anybody can build if they want to. Someone who justs quits smoking is not likely to buy a 150 watt box and start building .018 coils to fog up their house. I live in a small apartment with a giant Coonhound that is table height. So I can't really have juice leaking all over the place, etc. Does that mean I'm not a vaper? You should tell that to the people walking by me every day in NYC looking at me like I'm completely crazy just blowing normal clouds from a subtank on an iStick.

Ive recently put some 100% VG through the 0.5 coil at 25w and it worked a treat! REALLY enjoyable.

Thanks BigDvon, I'm gonna give it a whirl when I make my next juice purchase. Or at least go higher in VG. Max VG juices can have less flavor but the ones I tried were using higher ohms in like a store-tasting tank. I think it was Virgin Vapors. Still very good even with that.

I use the rebuildable base with 90% VG. Works fine.

I always used to run 50/50 or 40pg60vg before I got the subtank. I've had it now for about 2 months and I've found recently that the 40/60 is still alright but 70/30 or higher VG is preferable. I've got a 50/50 right now that is a fine tasting juice, 6 mg but it's too harsh even with the 1.2. Guess for me, I need to keep the VG 60 or above.

Banish your doubts, it works fine with 100% VG and the RBA deck.

well i will recieve mine this week , we will see . I dont think anything beats the Orchid v6 though .

I was inferring that I really don't have the space to build and drip juice everywhere inside my apartment. Granted, I have a family house nearby but I'm also not gonna go over there and just build coils. I know its not that hard and I could probably still do it, but its just easier to use a tank where I don't have to drip. I guess I could get an RTA which is a possibility. Honestly I think the future is going to be products like the Subtank Nano, etc. just getting better and coils getting cheaper. As more and more people quit smoking they are going to want a good vape and convenience. The OCCs are kind of expensive, but you can get them fairly cheap online, and they last over a week. Convenience and smaller devices are the future in my opinion.

I rebuild my OCC's, usually comes out to around .7 ohms, vaping either 70/30 vg/pg or 50/50, usually at around 23 watts but sometimes i push them higher if I feel like it. The only time I get a dry hit is when I"m distracted and don't notice the tank is getting empty, although I did get some dry hits when I first started rebuilding them. It's so much cheaper to rebuild than to buy new ones, and I find the OCC's to be much nicer to vape on than the RTA. I can run higher VG if I choose but I find high VG makes me cough, so that's the limiting factor, not the performance of the subtank. I have both the mini and the fullsized, use the mini about 10x as often as the full sized.

I enlarged the juice holes on the rebuildable with a dremmel (careful not to overdo it). Works great now with max VG. No priming required.
Any flooding or gurgling issues?

No issues at all. (Careful not to overdo it though)

I rebuild the OCC's which is pretty easy to do, as well as the RBA deck. Don't need too many tools, and a 100ft spool of kanthal and a 100 piece bag of organic cotton only costs about $8.
I watched Youtube vidoes, practiced, and I'm building decently on the OCC and RBA deck. Saves a ton of $$$
