I can't compare dunhill but I can compare the Marbro versions.

40ml of MarBro 24mg pg: Keep in mind almost all of my juices are 24mg with some higher, but over the last several weeks, I have not gone above 24mg.

Ok, part story, part review. I have been trying to find a flavor that I liked but more importantly, to try and find something that satisfied me to the point where I don't vape as much. Just over the course of a few months, I have spent a lot of money on different flavors (i.e. a couple hundred bucks) and while I have found many flavors that I liked, I still basically vape all day long. I usually end up vaping about 6 cartridges or more if its been a stressful day. I had read the reviews about MarBro and figured I would give it a try.

Here is what I did. Since I used to smoke MB ultralight 100's (2 packs a day), I figured this would be a decent test. I still have an open pack (and 8 full packs still in the carton) so I decided to fire one up and get the "taste" of the cig and then compare it to the MFS MarBro. First off, yeah, I got a tad buzzed considering I hadn't had one in a few months lol. It did taste pretty close to how I remember it, Some good flavor and some nasty flavor. I waited for about 30-45 minutes and then tried the regular version of MarBro.

I noticed a few things right off. The smell of the fluid actually smells like tobacco. This was the first time I had any tobacco flavored juice that actually smelled like tobacco and I have had a lot of them, so I was pleasantly surprised right from the start. On the very first draw, I immediately noticed two things. First, the flavor of the marlboro was there. Its not exact, but its pretty dang close. The second thing I noticed is that it also has a flowery taste. It is very hard to describe and I can't tell you what flower it tastes like, but it is definitely there and noticeable. I would not say it is overly pronounced but you will taste it.

The great thing about the normal version of Marbro is that despite the partial flowery taste, it was immediately satisfying my cravings. I no longer felt the need to keep my pv in my hand at all times. Basically from 1 o'clock the day I got it, I went through 2 carts for the entire rest of the day. The following days, for the entire week really, I found that 3 carts for the entire day was the norm. This is compared to 6 or more carts previously with all different types of flavors in a day. I was very surprised by this. I was not expecting it to satisfy me in such a way that I would actually be vaping less. I found the throat hit to be very good, a little to good at times as it would make my throat kinda scratchy every now and then. The one drawback of this one is that vapor production is not great. I would rate it barely above a regular cig. As a side note, boy was I surprised at how little smoke I got out of a regular cig since I have been vaping. That was a disappointment lol.

40ml Marbo 18mg VG:

I have been thinking about cutting down my nic level and when I noticed that they had the VG version in stock, I figured why not give it a try to. Right off the bat, Huge plumes of vapor from this VG version. Just in the one week I been playing with the pg version, I forgot just how much vapor vg produces lol. As I was happily vaping away on the vg version, I noticed a few things different about it. First, the flowery taste is pretty much not there. It seems on an occasion, I catch a whiff of it but its pretty much gone. This was a surprise again as I figured it would not have really changed the flavor much just by switching to the VG version. Now, the other bad news, if you can call it that, is the flavor is muted a little bit from the vg. Its not that it has no flavor, it IS there, its just not as strong as the PG version. If I was to put the flavor on a scale of 1-10 with the pg version being a 10, the VG version would be around an 8. You can still fully taste it, its just not as strong as the pg version.

Now, this is the part that I am not sure about in terms of satisfaction. I am up to 4 carts a day with the vg version but I am not sure if that is due to the reduction of the nicotine or if it is due to a reduction of flavor or if it is a reduction of the throat hit. It still has a throat hit but I don't get that scratchy feeling in the back of my throat much with the vg version. I am going to assume its more due to the reduction of nicotine but there is a chance that it could be a combination of all the factors.

So, I guess to sum it up. I love them both. They each have their pros and cons so its going to be more of a personal preference thing for people. I can honestly recommend either one of them and feel that a marlboro smoker would be pretty satisfied with them.

Edit note: After thinking about it for a few minutes, I think I could sum them up this way:

The pg version would be more like a regular marlboro.
The vg version would be more like a light or ultra light marlboro.

Hope that helps.

thank you very much! this helps alot considering i have not tried them and was considering it... i feel ya on how much different vapor production is to smoke production. after trying a regular cig again i realized just how hard i was actually hitting it. seems i don't have to hit as hard on a pv and i get more vapor/th anyways thanks again for your review.

i hope we see more. im sure this will help a lot of people

I have tried the VG camel and VG juicy peach and they both are excellent. On the peach, the vg does tone down the flavor of the peach but it is still there, tastes good and produces a lot of vapor. I am currently vaping peach in my mega ego as I write this. The camel may actually be my new favorite in terms of tobacco flavor. I will have to get a bottle of their PG version to really compare it, but right now, if camel VG was all I had, I would be perfectly fine with it.

Update to that peach vg. After vaping it for the entire day, I realized it was actually really dang good. It does taste like a regular peach albeit a tad toned down due to the vg. I did find one side effect though. After an entire day of vaping it, The next day my taste buds were gone for my tobacco juices. Now, oddly enough it has ONLY affected my tobacco juices. My cherry cola tasted just fine during that and so did my pina colada. So if your big on tobacco juices, dont vape the peach all day long or you might have to wait a few days to get your tobacco tastes back.
