currently all my liquids from myvaporstore, are 50/50

and im think i get a bit of throat itch from it, so i was going to put in an order this week for a bunch of new flavors on mt baker, but this time i was going to consider ordering them all in (70% vg and 30% distilled). my only concern is if i would have any stomach issues with them, i do have a sensitive stomach already but dont seem to have problems with 50/50

whats a good precaution to take? would i be ok bumping up 20% ? how common are these sides among forum users or yourselves?

I can only speak for myself, and I have no PG sensitivities....but for me, the increase in stomach distress is directly proportional to the nicotine level. VG (for me) has not been a problem, though I prefer a 60/40 or a 50/50 blend as I find PG to be really drying to my throat. Not so much irritation as a dry feeling. Nicotine itself relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter and can exacerbate reflux. Maybe stepping down on the nic level in addition to the difference in PG/VG ratio? I notice heartburn when I wake up if I have vaped right before bedtime.

i have a sensitivity to pg when i did 50/50. had the same irration as you. My throat was itchy and scratchy feel. Got a slight sore throat on my 2nd day. So now i use only 10/90 sometimes and mostly 100% vg blends. Only thing bad i notice about 100% vg is you do get more mucus build up, but its not to a point that i cant stand. Hope that helps

What Aras says plus one.

I have never heard of stomach problems from vaping VG... I have heard of upset stomach from too high of a nic dose. That's really about it. If your throat is getting scratchy it may be from too much PG or too high nic, or even just not drinking enough water.
