This would be better answered by someone who has tried all the different V4 carto's. Since no one has responded yet, here I am...
The simple answer is; the lower the Ohms, the hotter the vapor will be. Any of the options are fine with your batteries.
If you primarily use regular atty's or carto's, you may want to lean toward the 3-3.2 ohm range.
Low resistance atty users may prefer the lower ohm V4's.
