vGo Battery problem...need help!

My new Vgo battery won't work. It was working fine last night. I charged it and it came on a couple of times and worked, then quit. I get no lights when the button is pressed. I tried the 3 times lock several times to see if I hit it and it still doesn't work. When I put it back on the charger it lights up but indicates it's full. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you purchased this from V4L I would fill out a customer service ticket. It sounds like there is a short in the switch, was it in the charger overnight by chance?

Got a service ticket I open yesterday morning, but haven't heard back from them yet. Hoping to get some help for the weekend. It was in the charger about 6 hours. How long should these charge? The broken one is the only one that went to green and that was after I tried to use it after charging.

mswolflady, mine takes 2-2.5 hours to charge (completely drained), using the charger that came with the kit.

Ms. Wolflady they had to close early yesterday due to weather. You should hear from them by monday...
