Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced their mod vibrating. I've been vaping for almost 3 months now and this is the first time I've run across this problem/anomaly. Not sure if it's a sign of a bad coil or what. I've wrapped about a dozen genesis coils that I've been happy with, using various wick and wire, and its never vibrated. But like I said, I'm fairly new. I'm using Vamo/AGA-T2/1.6ohm ribbon wire coil/9.5watts. Doesn't seem to vibrate as bad or at all on any of my mechs. And I don't have anoth vv/vw device to try it on. It's acually vaping really well. Great flavor, great vapor, no metallic taste, and it checks out on the multimeter. Also, the body of the Vamo is not getting warm or hot. It's just vibrating. If there's other important info I left out, let me know. This was kinda mentioned in one other thread, but it was overrun with a bunch of vibrator jokes. Serious replies appreciated. Thanks!

Holy cow, no kidding jokes, I reread my posts 3-4 times trying to reduce openings:p. I'll try to restrain myself, can you describe the vibrating? Is it like an iphone on silent mode or more like a buzz? Is it coming from the device or the atty? I have got a weird buzz once from genny using a SS rope wick. not sure exactly what was causing it but finking with the coil a bit made it stop. That probbebly dosn't help much. Correct me if im wrong but don't Vamo's use a 33.3 mhz chip? maybee it's the power oscilating that you are detecting? Like sometimes when you plug something into a wall socket that draws a lot of power and you can feel a slight buzz in the plug for just a second. You wouldn't feel it on your mech because there shouldn't be any oscilating just strait power.

It is definitely vibrating at 33.33hz. I can always hear that, but I usually don't feel it. I think it may be the fact that, for the first time, my mesh wick is touching the glass tank inside the AGA-T2, possibly cause the body of the Vamo to pick up the vibration. The vibration seems to be more apparent at the atty. That would also explain why I'm not feeling it on my mechs, no PWM. So hopefully it's not a "problem." Thanks for the replies.
