A nice, thorough review.
The only thing I would tend to disagree with is your recommendation to use Noalox. On the aluminum mods I would recommend it, but on the Chuck it's really not necessary. I've been using my Chuck for a few months now, and the end cap screws in just as easily today as it did when I first received it. Actually, it may be a little easier.
Of course, using the Noalox won't hurt, I just don't believe it's necessary.
