Video editing software

Hi all

I'm using Vista and would like any advice on the best easiest to use video editing software, i can't get away with windows movie maker it's horrible

I use sony vegas pro 8.0 but i honestly dont know how to use it very well.

I use Adobe Premier Elements. It can be fairly simple for simple editing, but it gets more complicated with more complicated special effects etc. I chose it because it has several capabilities that other editing programs don't offer. I would suggest having some familiarity with Adobe or patience to take time to learn it. It can pay off in the long run.

1 major problem with that software for me. I have a sweet HD camcorder that records in the best possible format for HD video which is AVCHD and Adobe doesnt support that format.


AVCHD support in Premiere Pro CS3 and Premiere Elements 4
