except for the letterhead it is an exact copy of letters sent out by local anti-smoking groups around the country for about a year now.they were floating around minnesota about a year ago. i forgot the organization behind them. perhaps some one could chime in.

Link at bottom is to FDA.gov / tobacco Products. I think we've all been to that area before, but I just went there again today and it honestly reads 5 times less harsh than what this piece is trying to get across, which I too have read (word for word) elsewhere.

I'm still wondering who's putting out information that has people saying, "I heard those things are worse than smoking."

Incredible. There's a lie in every sentence on that page (w/ possible exception of last paragraph linking to FDA). And now they're *mailing* hard copy to anyone and everyone? They are truly desperate, aren't they?

Already been there, read every page. Am mostly recovered; can't say the same, though, for several nearby breakable objects, which didn't survive.

IMO, every vaper (and every smoker, too) needs to know about ChangeLabs. They should, however, take your warning seriously!

I'm crafting a response to this nonsense in which I'm going to ask the VM healthcare providers why they are encouraging smoking by spreading lies and hysteric misinformation about an alternative that's 99%+ safer.

And, AgentAnia, the last sentence is the biggest lie of all: there are no facts on the FDA website, only more of the same lies.

I thought it sounded either familiar, or like "them" & their 'style' of propaganda.

It will be interesting if you ever receive any type of response.

Seems that anything that challenges their lies is ignored.

Maybe a "cc" to some of the local media / politicians could bring some incentive to respond(?)

If an email, I'd say including the media etc. in the TO: line might be more effective than cc'ing them. Splitting hairs, maybe, but maybe not.

(A slightly offtopic note from Agent Archives: Back in my day, using "copy to:" was considered equally correct, and more formal than "cc:" in written correspondence. Maybe reverting to that would help today's youngsters understand the concept?)

ETA: "cc" originally stood for "carbon copy." How many people of any age remember carbon paper?!
