I'm hoping someone from VirginVapor will see this as I haven't heard from you in 6 days, I'm left with no choice but to post this on here.

No this is not a bad review or an attempt to trash VV. Yes I have tried to post this on VirginVapor's forum but I couldn't find a "Post" button in there. Yes I have attempted to contact VV couple of times. No I'm not one of those annoying customers. If you're not someone who works for or is associated with VirginVapor please don't reply. Yes I know this is probably the wrong thread.

So here's the thing: I'm starting to get worried here, no feedback from you yet. My order number is #25773 with a value of 320USD (all e-liquid) and my communication has so far been with Steven. There's an issue with the order (which I have warned you about) and I need your help.

I'm a fan of your e-liquid and people like me pay for quality, otherwise we'd be purchasing e-liquid from China. Please don't turn me into a disappointed customer. I too work hard from my money and when I chose to purchase from you, I lay my trust in you.

All I'm asking for is that you get back to me. And yes, I know how it is to be a growing business, but that shouldn't be on the expense of customer service. I'm hoping there's a good reason for not hearing from you, and if so then please accept my apology for posting this here.

Hi ins0mnia ans welcome to ECF. Sorry about your issues and vendors can't post in this forum. Post 5 times here, wait 1 hr for the ECF servers to reset and you can post in the Virgin Vapor's forum. They are extremely reputable so I wouldn't be too worried. I just pmed Kitty ( VV Supplier Associate) with the info for you.
Best of Luck.

You're very welcome. I have bought stuff from VV in the past and was very happy with the service. Their juice was AMAZING. Hoping you get it all sorted out and I didn't look at your post as negative...just a concerned post from a classy vaper

Hehe thank you! :) Yeah, VV's juice is off the charts, me and my wife are into organic food so when I come across VV (through ECF actually) it was like Christmas for me :) Now that I'm "spoiled" with this wonderful e-liquid everything else tastes like chemicals to me...

Glad you tried it. Yes although I DIY it's the best vendor juice I've ever vaped. Here's the ECF UK Forum. You could prolly post a question about organic juices- some great vendors in the UK.

Did you know ECF was started by a UK Vaper?

You're welcome. Here's a list of reputable UK vendors with discount codes:

And here's the ECF Europe Forum- there's a Norwegian thread

Cheers.

That's so cool! I thought I'd be the only viking in here!! :) Thank you for the tip!! :) The reason why I've been ordering from VV is because their e-liquid is 100% VG (and obviously organic). I've been looking hard to find a producer from Europe; came across Ace Vapers the other day (not 100% VG though); gonna give them a try :)

Really? didn't know that either. I thought all the good stuff are from the US, the bad stuff are from China and everything else is in between hehe :) Quite interesting to know an ecig pioneer is from the UK

99% of hardware comes from China. I just bought a stainless steel VV/ VW Vamo from China for $37.00 delivered. Also bought some Panasonic 18650 batteries for less than 1/2 the price. Just have to pick and choose. HealthCabin.net is in China and has a HUGE and loyal following.- also ECF listed. I've ordered from them many times and have been very pleased.

I had several bad experiences with vendors from China so I just stopped ordering from there; first time I hear of HealthCabin, I probably used the wrong vendors before.. Right now I'm using a Provari Mini + GP Spheroid and it's been working good so far (super happy about the combo). I'm almost sure there are cheaper alternatives in China, it's just that I've given up on trying to find a solid supplier; now that I know of HealthCabin I'll give them a try next time...

Always best to stick with ECF listed Vendors IMHO. When I bought my Vamo from a non ECF vendor I understood and accepted the outcome. Just realize some orders take upwards 2- 3 weeks form China. The UK vendor list I posted are tried, true and tested by vapers. It's supplied by Chrissie in the ECF UK Forum. She also runs the other Forum. If you have any questions about UK vendors she's the go to gal IMO.
