Also just finished the first Witcher a few months back and good call Josh the combat is the jankiest.

So it wasn't just me? Good. Having played the second one and going back to the first, I just couldn't do it.

I think this is about more variables than steeping. I love GCD fresh, when its hittin'.
It's variables like, the wick, coil, your hydration, how long it's been since you've had pizza...

Incidentally, I had pizza today, and GCD/Wakonda (mix) is outta the park again!

It may be because pizza is the answer to life and makes everything else much better. But you're right, flavor that you get depends on a lot of factors. Some flavors taste different for me based on how humid it is outside.

Keepsmilin said the same about Virus. She kept asking me to open my newer bottles and try it. When I did it tasted normal to me. I also suggested she transfer it to plastic because its not steeping in the glass.

We've determined that, for all intents and purposes, the steeping pretty much stops once the liquid goes into the bottles. All of the liquid is pre-steeped for at least 2 weeks before it's bottled. It's perfect for long term storage, if you don't want the liquid to change at all.

I know we say it all the time, but I was one of those that needed to hear it 1000 times before I actually believed it because I was sceptical.

Taste (really) is subjective.

Couple of suggestions from me;

- vape unflavored to reset your taste buds. Make it at least 50% pg, because you don't want extra sweetness while cleansing your taste buds. About 4-5 ml should be enough to reset.

- Drink plenty of water.

- Sometimes water isn't enough. Now this is a bit yucky but check your tongue while brushing your teeth at night. If you see yellowish color on top of your tongue, gently scrape it with soft toothbrush or tongue scraper with tooth gel. This won't have immediate effect on the taste, but next morning you should be good.

This very well could've been a herp derp moment for me. I am still getting the same taste after vaping The Virus for awhile again, but I don't think it's the juice. I'm not back to cigarettes but am smoking again and this has probably affected the taste of my juice. I notice after a "session" of that my vape tastes very odd for sometime afterwards.

I had shelved the virus for a month or so cuz I just wasn't digging it anymore. It was all tobacco flavor.

Loaded it into the reo after deciding to finish it off.. There it was. The flavor that made me get the big bottles, and now I'm out.

Why do you do this to me? Why!

WOAH! I thought it was just me!! All my current bottles are from December 2014..I've been tasting exactly what you just described for a while now. I thought maybe it was the longer steep. I have noticed that if I take long, deep pulls with a high power build, the nasty splenda taste goes away.

It's the amber brown glass bottles - steeping doesn't even start until you shake the bottle, air it out overnight, and recap/shake a few times.

Keep in mind "Evolution" is the very definition of the virus - the liquid changes, your taste changes, time and temperature. Treat every bottle like it's alive, never regret setting down a bottle that isn't hitting (shake it before you recap it!!). Never put down a bottle you are enjoying, from ANY vendor.

One thing I've found out, at least for me, is to run this virus HOT. And not just hot, but the right atty for just the right amount of airflow. Now my virus is tasting more like the virus I fell in love with. I've been quiet for awhile as I had SO much NT, that I've been trying to just use some of what I had. And I run NT in 5 mods, but I am not afraid of the Virus anymore as I can make it taste righteous again! And I know the dark bottles have a lot to do with it. I just keep forgetting to open it and let it steep until I realize I need it now.
