Hey there jj-tigger 
This tank has its own CE2-style of atomizer. You can replace the 'innards' easily, the old one screws out of the base and you screw a new one in. They are 2 ohm, I like a bit higher ohms; gonna try making a higher ohm coil on the one I have.
ETA:
The DC carto tanks will hold an XL stainless steel CE2; but not the newer clearo CE2s, the plastic tube is too big to fit.
