Vision CE4 V2 ??

Why is it getting so impossible to find these? My two go-to vendors have stopped selling them in favor of some generic spring-loaded version. First of all, the LR model of these really reduce the draw and throat hit. They recommended I go to SR, which I did, and they leak like crazy! I have searched and found a couple different vendors that still have the vision, but they want almost twice the price I was paying before ($4 vs $7).

Anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? Why have these become so hard to get?
