I bought this battery the other day. And now when I press the button it stay light and then blinks 4 times. It's fully charged so I know that it's not dead can someone help me

From what I can find on E-peak its just an ego style battery. If the battery is fully charged then it would appear your coil needs to be replaced. As the coil fails it will register <1.2 Ohms which causes the battery to flash and tell you that something is wrong. For safety reasons it will not fire anything under 1.2 Ohms.
