Hello all! I got a problem with my Vision Spinner 1300 mah battery. When I charge it now, the On/Off button doesn't light up like it usually would. When I put it on the charger, the button blinks around 20 times, and the shuts off. My charger has a green light, saying its fully charged, but when I screw on my atomizer (Vivi Nova) It blinks as if it were dead. I don't know if it is a battery shortage or what? I ordered it about 2 weeks ago, so its basically brand new. I read that its recomended to put the Voltage at "4.2"which I did and still nothing. Can someone help? I'd greatly appreciate it!

I'm new to vaping, and just got the VV 1300 in chrome, and had questions about charging as well.
From the research I've done I've found that you need to make sure you have the correct charger. Too weak or too powerful of one seems to upset the battery. The eGo 450 charger is supposed to be the correct one (so I was told, so it's what I picked up and seems to be working fine more me). The VV needs to be set to approximately 4.2v. In fact, I found some of this info here in the forums.
Set the battery to 4.2v when charging
The light on the battery should stay on during charging
The light on the charger will flash from green to red, green to red, green to red... while charging
The light on the battery will go out a little while before charging is complete
The light on the charger will turn green when charging is complete.

This would mean you need a new charger.
Is the Vivi Nova a Vision brand or the other brand with a spring in the bottom. The Vivis with the spring have been known to push the battery contact down.
You could try to GENTLY pull the center post on the Vivi Nova (battery connection end) down/ out about 1/32".

This is a fairly common problem with Spinners and chargers. Ego chargers didn't work for me. I ordered two from fasttech that have been working like a champ since. The chargers from my local B&M couldn't get it done, though they were fine for Twists and Ego batteries.
The FT charger is a basic 5V in, 4.2V out.

I have been using an old volcano inferno charger which is basically a rebranded ego and it works well also is 4.2v output. Hope that helps
Try prying up the center tab on the battery. I have done it with a paper clip. The center tab gets pushed down too far with over tightening, which is easy to do.
Ill try and order a new charger and see how that goes. I do put the voltage dial at approx 4.2 whenever I charge it. I clean it thoroughly every day or two. And I got the Vision Vivi Nova cartomizer. But thanks to all of you! I really appreciate the help!
